Refunds/cancelations given until September 29 if received in writing/email to president@tdokc.org. After September 29 no cancelations given. We apologize for any inconvenience but organizing the conference requires that we commit to various expenses. Your registration is transferable to another person at any time.

Social Media Contest 

• Every time you use the hashtag #ATDBOOST along with tdok.org or one of our official conference images on Twitter and/or Instagram between 5/27/2016 and 10/20/2016 you will be entered for a chance to win $100. The winner will be announced at the conference on 10/21/2016. Do not have to be present to win.       
• Contestants should abide by Twitter and Instagram guidelines, such as posting the exact same post repeatedly can cause you to have your accounts suspended. For our contest we suggest you change the wording of your posts as well as the images. Promote the conference but do not be a nuisance. 
• There is no LinkedIn or Facebook contest but we also suggest you promote the conference on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Board Members and conference speakers not eligible.
