  • This is for COC-ATD Member registrations received BEFORE the pre-determined headcount meal guarantee is to be submitted(The Friday before the event @ 11:59 p.m.). Payment accepted online in advance; or by check or credit card at the door. Reservations cannot be cancelled after headcount is provided to the facility. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment

Join us as BJ Glover presents Discover Your Diversity Lens!  
If someone asked your political affiliation, you could tell them.  If they asked about your MBTI or  DiSC identification, you could probably tell them that as well.  But what if they asked you about your dominant diversity lens?  Would you be able to answer?

This hands-on, interactive workshop is a fun way to learn how you view the world and the people in it.  This perspective or "lens" is at the root of your decisions, choices, and actions in every area of your life, even talent management!

B.J. Glover brings to the table the powerful combination of academic training and certification coupled with more than 25 years of real-world experience in Human Resources and the Diversity & Inclusion discipline. She has leveraged her experience as a former television news anchor/talk show host, consultant, trainer, facilitator, conference presenter, university adjunct professor, EEO investigator, and public speaker to address D&I issues and empower others to do the same.

B.J. earned an M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a B.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Southern Nazarene University. Her professional credentials include both SPHR and SHRM-SCP and she is a Certified Professional Coach as well.
