Description:

Following an exploration of this new competency framework for the profession and completion of the self-assessment in Part I, join your colleagues from the region to review the identified skill gaps of professions in the region. ATD’s Associate Director of Credentialing Returns to review the aggregate self-assessment results of Central Oklahoma Chapter members, as compared to others around the world.

1. Identify knowledge and skill gaps of talent development professionals in the region

2. Understand how those compare to gaps across all talent development professionals

3. Build a plan to close the largest gaps for professionals in the area

Participants do not need to have attended Part I to join this session.
