He leverages an empathetic, people-first mindset to elevate every interaction. This approach consistently earns him a level of trust that helps the person or people across from him feel both heard and challenged. While he values data-driven results, Marcus finds his greatest professional fulfillment when a student achieves a "lightbulb moment" of genuine understanding. As a people person, Marcus naturally spends his personal time with family and friends, participating in community groups, and coaching youth soccer.
