Microlearning: Training for the Modern Workforce
Ashley McCormick
July 10, 2018 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
How do we teach people something when they can only pay attention for under three minutes? By creating short videos focused on a single topic. This is the crux of microlearning.
In this session, we will discuss the steps to plan, create and share microlearning videos. Why should you be interested in microlearning for your organization? Because it works! Microlearning is less expensive to the organization, people are more engaged in the content and learners apply that knowledge immediately then seek out more training. You don’t even need special tools or a large budget to get started. Read more about the benefits of microlearning here then plan to attend the upcoming luncheon to learn more about how to get started creating your own videos.
