Membership is open to those who have interests or responsibilities in talent management, training, human resources development, and workplace learning and performance. Membership is valuable to a wide range of professionals such as:   Corporate and field trainers, instructional designers, multimedia professionals, talent development professionals, HR and OD practitioners, employee engagement professionals, supervisors and managers. In short, anyone involved in developing and supporting talent in the workforce, no matter what that workforce looks like.
