Past President Madi has 10+ years of experience in high performance organizational development and helps to support her clients in achieving their most important talent development goals. She joined ATD Central Oklahoma Chapter in 2020, served as the VP of Marketing in 2021 and in 2022 began volunteering as the VP of Strategic Engagement. She enjoys volunteering for ATD, reading, painting, and learning languages. She is the mother of two boys, and has been married to her husband Kyle since 2014. |
Chapter President Keith Varner is the Manager of Leader Development at Love’s Travel Stops, where he is responsible for leadership development, high potential development and executive coaching & education across the Love’s Family of Companies. As part of the Love’s team since 2019, Keith also served as the Manager of Learning & Development where he led the team dedicated to providing exceptional, engaging, and efficient learning programs for Love’s Operations team of over 40,000 employees in over 650 locations nationwide. While Manager of L&D, Keith developed and implemented several new programs including the Emerging Leaders Program and introduced skill-based training using micro credentials. Prior to joining Love’s Keith was a Senior Human Resource Manager with the Cintas Corporation, responsible for all HR functions at multiple locations in Oklahoma. Keith is a decorated combat veteran, having served 31 years in the US Army, including tours as an Army Aviator in Iraq. He served in multiple leadership positions across the range of Army Operations, Training, and Human Resources functions, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a master’s degree in military history from American Military University, He is a graduate of the Chief Learning Officer Accelerator Course, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Certified Workplace Coach. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for the Future of Work at Oklahoma State University and is a member of the Central Oklahoma Chapter of ATD Board of Directors, where he serves as Board President. |

Jennifer Harrison is the Head of Talent Development at a leading tech company. With over 15 years of operational leadership experience, Jennifer has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and is SHRM -CP certified.
Outside of her professional role, Jennifer is passionate about mentoring and contributing to community initiatives. She enjoys self care and spending quality time with her family. Jennifer is always looking for opportunities to connect with others in the industry and share her insights on talent development and leadership. |

Alexus Coleman | VP of Membership Alexus Coleman is the Director of Organizational Learning and Development at the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA), where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen employee development, leadership capacity, and organizational culture. In this role, she designs and oversees programs that drive workforce engagement, expand professional growth opportunities, and align learning solutions with agency-wide priorities. Her expertise is in designing training programs, developing employees, and advancing organizations, with a commitment to creating innovative learning experiences that empower individuals and teams to perform at their highest potential. She has been recognized as a forward-thinking leader in talent development, bringing both creativity and strategy to every project she undertakes. Alexus is excited to serve as the Member Experience Chair for Association of Talent Development of Central Oklahoma where she will focus on building meaningful connections, elevating member engagement, and fostering a thriving professional community. |
