Join us in May as Beverly (B.J.) Glover, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC presents, “The Naked Truth About Training Diverse Audiences”.  BJ will focus on workplace diversity underscoring the reality that different people have distinctly different ways of perceiving and processing information.  This program provides an overview of several elements that influence the design, delivery, and reception of training content.  Participants will receive tools for selecting and employing best practices in designing and delivering training to diverse audiences.

Beverly (B.J.) Glover is Founder/Principal of B.J. Glover Learning & Consulting.  Her career includes more than twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development. Ms. Glover earned an M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Southern Nazarene University.  She also holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.  In December 2016, she completed two consecutive terms as State Director of Diversity for OKHR (Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management) and VP of Diversity for OCHRS (Oklahoma City Human Resources Society).  She is a Certified Professional Coach and is certified on a number of licensed courses and assessment instruments.  She became a Board Member of COC-ATD in 2017.
