Jason Eliot is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the University of Central Oklahoma.  He teaches classes in the MBA program on Business Ethics and Building Effective Teams.  He teaches undergraduate classes in Business Ethics, the Human Resource Management and Leadership.  He also serves as the co-director of the UCO College of Business Leadership Development Program – 2B Leaders.  Finally, Jason is a faculty sponsor for the College of Business Study Tour to London, Belfast and Dublin.  His published research involves resilience and servant leadership.  Prior to joining UCO, Jason was the Chief Experience and Talent Officer and Vice-President of Human Resource for INTEGRIS Health, Inc., the largest provider of health care and the second largest private employer in the state of Oklahoma.  In that role, Jason had strategic and operational responsibilities for all HR and community benefit initiatives as well as the coordination of all customer experience efforts. 

Jason is a frequent speaker on HR, Employment law and a variety of general business topics having been asked to speak at the annual conferences for the Oklahoma Hospital Association, the Oklahoma State Society of Human Resource Managers Chapter, and the Oklahoma Bar Association’s annual Employment Law CLE.  Jason has spoken many years at the National World at Work Conference, the World Congress Prevention & Wellness 2.0 Congress, was a panelist at the National HERO Institute forum on Employee Wellness and two national American Hospital Association conferences.  Jason was a panelist for the National Academy’s Global Forum on Resiliency in Health Care in Washington, DC.  Jason has served as a member of the National World at Work Benefits Advisory Board. 

Jason received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science with a minor in History from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, having spent time studying in London, England through both the Institute of European Studies and the City University of London.  He received his law degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he was an instructor in legal research and writing.  Jason also completed the University of Florida Post‑Doctoral Bridge Program in Management & Marketing through the Warrington College of Business.
