When one begins to digest Dr. Deming’s holistic approach to a business culture, a basic awareness of his 14 points is a must. This introductory presentation will focus specifically on two of them, namely #7 (Adopt and Institute Leadership), and #8 (Drive out Fear). While both seem to be intuitive in their language, a deeper dive is necessary for people to understand precisely what Dr. Deming was trying to share with the world.
