Meet the Speaker: 

Aaron Frias, SPHR, M.Ed., is the HRIS and Payroll Manager at Continental Resources with 20 years of combined experience spanning Human Resources and Information Technology. Prior to his current role, he served as HR Director at INTEGRIS Health. 

Aaron also served seven years as an adjunct instructor in the University of Oklahoma Human Resources master's program, where he taught Fundamentals of HR Information Systems. His professional passion is helping organizations bridge learning, talent development, and emerging technologies to strengthen training, accelerate development, and expand workforce capability.
